Leak fixes.

* ma/bisect-leakfix:
  bisect: fix memory leak when returning best element
  bisect: fix off-by-one error in `best_bisection_sorted()`
  bisect: fix memory leak in `find_bisection()`
  bisect: change calling-convention of `find_bisection()`
